The hotel has some excellent features, like spacious and well-equipped rooms that offer great views. However, there were issues with cleanliness as there was a lot of hair on the carpet. The service was polite and helpful, but communication could be challenging due to limited English. The location was awesome, directly on the lake with fantastic views, although it could get crowded. The dining options were varied, catering well even for non-meat eaters. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
